Nutrition and Hydration

Nutrition is important for keeping you moving whilst on the bike, whatever your discipline of riding is.

As well as carbohydrate drinks, it is important to keep feeding your body the fuel it needs to maintain performance levels. Our range of gels, bars and isotonic sports drinks will help fuel your ride and give you plenty of energy.

Energy bars and gels should be consumed regularly on long rides - as often as every 20 minutes if the intensity is especially high. The ingredients in these products are high quality but because of their high carbohydrate content they can sometimes disagree with riders.

It is recommended that you sample all of your sports nutrition products before big rides or events to make sure it doesn't have any adverse effects on you and to find products that you like the most.
